This stunning piece is inspired by the original necklace given to Elvis by the Kui Lee Cancer Fund for his historical Aloha From Hawaii via Satellite concert in 1973. The concert raised $75,000.00 for the Kui Lee Cancer Fund. Lowell Hays has replicated this necklace in rich 18 karat gold plating and accents of black resin and sparkling crystals.

I received this necklace for Christmas and absolutely love it. I wear it when I wear the TCB ring I have and it makes a beautiful set. You won't be disappointed!
