Hi, There was a time in the late 50's, early sixties when, upon reviewing the King's latest release, one of the trade magazines would refer to Elvis as Mister Automatic, the inference being that his latest release would be another "automatic" smash, which, of course, it was. So it is with me. Anything (almost) by Elvis get the automatic 5-Star rating. This Best of British, The RCA Years 1959-1960 FTD CD/book, the third and last in the series, I am told, gets the well-deserved 5-Star treatment. Over 500 pages with a wealth of "invaluable information".... over 1100 rare or previously unpublished photographs....a 30-track CD where ELVIS introduces his British chart toppers.... they all contribute to make this a MUST for Elvis fans and an eye-opener for those born-too-late to have captured the King's magic first-hand! Buy it: your gain. Pass on it: you'll be sor----ree! Bye!

I have not yet read this book covering Elvis' British record years 1959/1960. However, when I have time to read it I have no doubt that it will be as interesting, engaging and informative as were the first two books in this series.
