I was a little disappointed in this book, but mostly because I think my expectations were off. So, for others - I would not so much call this a book, as a super size program for the All Access Jumpsuits exhibit. This book is very oversized, kind of a big floppy paperback. I guess I was expecting something with an actual binding, when instead it has the staples down the "spine" of a program style item. It does have some lovely photos, and nice glossy pages. I treasure the pics I took in person of the exhibit, but they are not nearly the quality of these, so that's nice. I especially like the pics of The Man wearing the displayed suit in concert next to the photos of the suit on display.

Anyone who has seen Elvis live from the back of the stadium will really enjoy this huge picture book of Elvis jumpsuits who couldn't see them up close. This book shows approximately thirty costumes worn by Elvis starting from the very simple suits he wore in '69 and '70 to the extremely elaborate suits of the late '70's. They even include the last ever unfinished jumpsuit that Elvis was fitted for but never got to wear on stage. The photos in this book show very detailed photos of the different suits and also list the cities that the suits were worn in. If you are a fan of the concert years you will love to add this book to your collection.
It's a large soft cover book with some jumpsuits that have never been displayed or seen by some. It may not display all the jumpsuits but it does have some unique jumpsuits that Elvis may have not been know for wearing very often. A great collectors item if you like to have pictures of the jumpsuits he wore!
Even though I have other books featuring Elvis' jumpsuits, I wanted to have this in my collection, too. My only disappointment is that it doesn't feature enough. There should have been more pages and text with it, but otherwise it's a nice momento of the special exhibition. The size of the book is quite large, so the photos are big and very detailed.

I purchased this book and it's a must have for every Elvis fan. I really liked how every jumpsuit that he wore had a story behind it and why it was made for him. The picture of the last one being made for him which he did not get to wear clearly says yeah this was Elvis and no one else could ever have worn it but him.
