Ok, if you are a collector or want to understand Elvis Presley, you need this show. His vocals are a bit weak but he busts his butt for the fans. He enjoyed Hurt but the toss in of Return To Sender is NOT a good add on. He does not get the lyrics correct and doesn't even realize it. So, do not pass on this disk just for that. The inside photos are better than the cover so lets try and use the best shot for the cover. Let the music changes be judged by the fans. Remember, just because the cover photo may not be great, it doesn't mean the content is bad. However, Americans do buy this way. It is still a show worth having.

Brings back memories. I attended this show. Great sound. In my opinion the best sound quality so far from FTD. However, Elvis sounds tired.
It was my first concert and it's great to hear this show again after 30+ years. Elvis seems to be in good spirits. While the set list is pretty standard for this particular tour, Elvis turns in some nice performances (Love Letters, Hurt & Hawaiian Wedding Song are personal favorites). It's worth noting that the sound of this recording is wonderful, and there are some great interactions between Elvis and the audience. Overall, this is a fine show from a much written about tour tour.

The sound quality is very good on this soundboard recording. Elvis sounds tired and his voice seems to be a little strained during much of this concert. Overall it's a good show. Elvis does his best to please his fans and talks some between songs. It's always great to hear him sing "Help Me" and "America". He really gets into "Hurt" and sings it a second time. He also does a nice version of "The Hawaiin Wedding Song." An additional surprise was hearing some fantastic guitar licks from James Burton during a longer than usual Closing Vamp segment. "Return To Sender" is a fun bonus song and rare concert treat.
