"On Tour- The Rehearsals" features recordings done at RCA’s studios in Hollywood in March 1972, which were conducted in association with that year’s MGM concert film Elvis on Tour. The CD covers Elvis’s rehearsals for his upcoming tour, combining classic Elvis live repertoire with some of his new studio material of that time.

What an amazing set. To hear Elvis singing Burning Love, See See Rider and Young and Beautiful...a song I've never heard him do during the 70' great enough....BUT the inclusion of First Time Ever I saw Your Face is what makes this CD a MUST for any Elvis fan. El Paso was a beautiful surprise as well. How do the good folks at FTD do it....just when you think they've exhausted the Elvis vault...they find something else. GREAT STUFF.
