Elvis '68 At 40 Retrospective Limited Edition Softcover Book
[+] enlarge image

Near the close of 1968 - one of the most disruptive and threatening years of the 20th century - Elvis Presley appeared on television before a national audience for the first time in nearly a decade. With a small combo around him and, in a small theater, an audience of fans around them, he made the best music of his life - more passionate, more daring, more emotionally explosive than anything before or after.

With contributions from Steve Binder, the producer/director of the Special.
